once orders have shipped Sol Healing is not responsible for any packages in transit. If you have any issues with shipping you will have to contact USPS and file a claim.

handmade healing jewelry and meditation pillows will take an additional 7-10 business days to be made and shipped.
refund + exchange policy.
there are no refunds on readings or energy work.
if you have any issues with product sent to you please contact the shop to be compensated accordingly. Please contact the shop within 7-1- business days after delivery or no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
If you have any issues with your jewelry. All jewelry is under a lifetime warranty, so please contact the shop with order number. Orders placed within 30 days are free of charge and orders or fixes after are a $25 charge for a replacement or repair plus shipping.

When will I receive my reading?
Allow me 5-7 business days to get to your readings. Please do not rush or check in until after that time frame. Readings require a lot of energy.
I book a reading and I have not received it yet?
Please check your spam folder or search solhealing@icloud.com. E-mails can get lost in your spam or junk folders.
When will my package ship?
Allow 7-10 business days for your orders to ship from the shop.
If your order contains handmade healing jewelry, it will take an additional 7-10 business days to be made and shipped.
