Watermelon-Mango Smoothie Bowl (Recipe)



Smoothie bowls have become my absolute favorite dishes as an aspiring raw vegan. I love that I get to have the smoothie and eat the fruit too. These bowls are perfect for a filling breakfast, lunch or dinner and they’re  super satisfying. Out of all the combinations I’ve made, this is one of my favorite.


  • fresh watermelon

  • frozen strawberries

  • frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds or hemp milk.

  • 1/4 cup spring water add more if needed


  • fresh watermelon

  • fresh mango

  • fresh strawberries

  • dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

  • Apple-Cinnamon Granola (optional)


  1. Cut up fresh fruit for toppings (watermelon, strawberries, and mango).

  2. Have your chocolate chips and granola placed to the side.

  3. Prepare to blend smoothie

  4. If you have a Vitamix place liquid and fresh ingredients on the bottom. If you have a Ninja, Nutribullet, or any blender with a twist top blade, place frozen fruit and liquid on top.

  5. Blend until thick and creamy.

  6. Place smoothie in a bowl.

  7. Top with fresh ingredients
