Watermelon-Mango Boba Smoothie Bowl (Recipe)

I’ve been having this new obsession with Bobo Tea now that I’ve figured out how to order it just the way I like it. I was also not very turned on by Bobo at first because of those popping pearls. I wasn’t sure if they were vegan because most things with that consistency contain gelatin (boiled animals parts) and that’s a no-go for me.

After doing some research on the pearls, most only contain fruit juice concentrate (not the healthiest) but there’s no gelatin! Be care with pearl other flavors as some can contain milk. To be on the safe side, always ask to see the ingredients on before ordering.

A question most people are going to ask is, WHERE DO I BUY THE PEARLS? I did not purchase these pearls and probably never will. I just saved the pearls I had in my bobo tea. You can purchase online if you go your googles for “fruit pearls” again, be careful and check the ingredients beforehand.





– Frozen Banana
– Frozen Strawberries
– Fresh Watermelon
– Raw Agave
– Cold Herbal Tea
I used Chamomille & Green Tea.

Bowl Toppings

– Fresh Watermelon
– Mango Pearls
– Chia Seeds


 – Blend all your ingredients together until creamy and thick.
– Pour smoothie into a bowl
– Add/substitute any additional toppings you would like!

Start off with less water to maintain control of the smoothie consistency
