– Frozen Banana
– Frozen Mango
– Fresh Mango
– Fresh Peaches
-Hemp Seeds
– Pitted Dates
– Spring Water

Bowl Toppings

– Fresh Mango
– Fresh Banana
– Fresh Peaches
– Hemp Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

 – Blend all your ingredients together until creamy and thick.
– Pour smoothie into a bowl
– Add/substitute any additional toppings you would like!

TIPS:
Start off with less water to maintain control of the smoothie consistency
